Its just the fact he had to do a slower shutter speed as it looks like he was trying to keep his ISO very low

looks like a mild flash along with using the "panning" technique. came out fairly nice i would say

not bad at all. maybe turn up the aperture to really focus your whole body buy not a bad pic at all. a fisheye would be pretty sweet for that burm to ya know...
